If The Label Lady assists with setup or adjustments, all work is based on the information provided. We are not responsible for errors in submitted content.

6. Proofing and Approval

  • If a proof is provided, it is your responsibility to review it carefully.
  • Approval confirms that all details are correct.

Once approved, the design is considered final and will be sent to production.

7. Production and Turnaround Time

  • Production begins after payment and final approval, if applicable.
  • Turnaround times are estimates and may vary.

8. Printing Variations

Due to the nature of printing, slight color variations and minor alignment differences may occur. These are normal and not considered defects.

9. Shipping

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • The Label Lady is not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once the order has shipped.

10. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are final.

If there is a production defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos for review.

11. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Cancellations before production are not guaranteed to be refunded.
